Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Gift Cube web store.
This website is owned and operated by Gift Cube, 14 Canal Road Upper, Galway, Ireland.
BUYING PRODUCTS ON GIFT CUBE.ie
By placing an order with Gift Cube you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order with us.
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.
At gift cube we insist on the highest quality in our artwork and created products. Prior to dispatch We meticulously check every item. However, if any gifts purchased do not meet this high standard or if you are unsatisfied in any way we are happy to refund or exchange items in accordance with the conditions below.
We highlight specific facts for your attention surrounding the nature of the products for sale on our site:
Crafts - Each craft product is handmade, so there will be slight variations from photos online. In particular, within our range of ceramics, yarn and wood, each product is unique and has its own character.
Artwork - The colours displayed on your monitor may not be completely accurate. We have done our best to show our artwork as accurately as possible.
Experiential Gifts - The experiential gift code and reference number for each particular experiential gift will clearly state the expiry date. Please be aware that the relevant experiential provider or Gift Cube cannot offer an extension beyond this date.
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the estimated weight and size of the items.
We use An Post services, Ireland – registered delivery and specified courier where necessary.
For all shipping inside Ireland we use An Post Registered delivery.
Fragile art works may incur extra delivery charges together with those quoted at time of checkout.
For all European & International purchases we will use An Post registered post international or an International Courier. Each service requires a signature on delivery. For completely accurate shipping costs please view shipping costs at checkout.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS:
1-3 days for Ireland and UK
2-4 days for Europe
7-10 days for the Rest of the World.

PRICES AND DUTIES
GIFT CUBE web store accepts payments in Euro’s. Most destinations are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis, which means that all import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.
The following regions are sent on a Delivery Duty Paid basis:
We accept payment in Euros. This means the price you see is the price you will be charged.
If you wish to return a purchase please notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of placing your order. Let us know your order number. If the product is faulty, sending us a photo can help speed up the process. After notifying us, products must be returned to our office within 28 days of delivery. Our address for all returns is:

If you are unhappy with our products in any way, they can be returned or exchanged provided that it is in saleable condition.
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.
If you wish to return your item and receive a full refund items need to posted/couriered back to us within 7 days of being received by you. If you return the product any later than the 7 day time slot, you will have up to 14 days (an extra 7 days) from the date of you receiving the goods in which to be issued with a GIFT CUBE Credit Note to the value of the item at the time of purchase.
GIFT CUBE credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed on our GIFT CUBE web store. Please email us at email@example.com in advance of using your credit note.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you, we at GIFT CUBE take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting firstname.lastname@example.org about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you.
In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Please note refunds to Debit/Credit Cards normally clear in 1/2 days. Refunds to Paypal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations.
Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EC).
We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
